Caryn Conidaris: A co-founder since 1992, Caryn is dedicated to creating humanistic workplaces. With over 35 years of consulting, facilitating, and coaching experience, she holds a Master’s in Management in Business Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. Caryn is a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator and a Certified Reinvention Practitioner.

Rodney Nwamba: Joining in 2007, Rodney has a rich background in people development and business. He is a qualified coach, facilitator, and trainer with a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Management. Rodney is Dare to Lead™ trained and holds a Certificate in Coach Training accredited by Comensa and ACSTH.
